JOIN JULIET HOCHMAN FOR 8 WEEKS OF INDOOR BIKE WORKOUTS

  • A bike workout that touches on anaerobic energy zones, offering athletes a quality training session that balances the aerobic base work they are doing at this time of the year.
  • A live, interactive workout on Zoom. Coached on training zones, mental preparation, race strategy and nutrition during the ride.
    • Set occurs 15 min prior to start (and a 5 min cooldown afterwards) for questions.
  • Facebook reminders 1-2 times a week to remind athletes of the ride.
  • Emailed ZWO (Zwift file) for athletes who ride Zwift, with step-by-step instructions on how to load it into their account in advance of the ride.
  • Zwift Meet-ups for athletes who want to ride Zwift.
  • Questions answered via email, text and Facebook as they come up.
