This is an opportunity to get personal feedback, advice on sticking to good eating habits, and help figuring out how to use food to support your training goals. Your coaching sessions focus on what matters to YOU. Improving your everyday nutrition and/or getting the most from your workouts.

Remy says that often a few small tweaks can create lasting change and have a positive effect on health and performance. If your nutrition habits could use a tune-up, it’s helpful to have support while making changes. Athletes can use this as a chance to smartly transition their nutrition needs to appropriately fuel indoor training.

60-minute initial assessment and consultation


45-minute bi-weekly follow up sessions


Unlimited email access, so we can troubleshoot together between calls


Resources as needed, including recipes, worksheets and tools to accelerate wellness


Virtual sessions are conducted by phone or video teleconference so you can work with me flexibly, comfortably, and safely.
